Filter Coffee Subscription (2 x 250g)

Our filter coffees are probably one of the best expressions of what we do at Behind the Label.

Sourcing them is also one of the most enjoyable parts of the job. We spend a lot of time tasting, searching and finding those little nuggets that we’re genuinely excited to roast and share with you.

With our Filter Coffee Subscription, we choose one standout speciality coffee each month and send you 2 × 250g bags of it. That gives you enough coffee to really get to know it, play around with your brewing and find what works for you, while keeping the second bag sealed and fresh until you’re ready for it.

The coffees will change from month to month, exploring different origins, producers, varieties, processes and flavour profiles. Sometimes it’ll be something unusual, sometimes an incredible producer we want to introduce you to, and sometimes it’ll simply be a coffee that tastes ridiculously good.

We’ll always share as much information as we can about the coffee, where it came from, who produced it and what makes it interesting.

Every release will also come with a dedicated brew guide, including the recipe we’ve been enjoying here at the roastery. Use it as your starting point, then play around and make it your own.
