Our Sugarcane Process Decaf from Brazil offers all the rich, chocolatey sweetness you love—minus the caffeine. Sourced from carefully selected farms, this coffee undergoes a natural decaffeination process using ethyl acetate (EA) derived from fermented sugarcane. Unlike traditional chemical methods, this approach gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s full flavour, resulting in a smooth, well-rounded cup with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and toasted nuts.

The sugarcane process is a more natural alternative to synthetic solvents, as ethyl acetate occurs naturally in many fruits and even coffee itself. This method allows us to maintain the integrity of the beans while delivering a clean, delicious decaf experience.

Perfect for late-night brews or those seeking a gentler caffeine experience, this decaf is crafted for true coffee lovers who refuse to settle. Enjoy it as an espresso, filter, or however you take your coffee—because great taste should never be optional.

Santo Antônio

The Alckmin family has been producing coffee in the Mantiqueira de Minas region since the mid twentieth century. Their story begins in 1933, when Alcides Moreira, the great grandfather of the current generation, planted the first coffees on what is now Santo Antonio Farm. Today, the farm is in its fourth generation, continuing a legacy built on care, patience and deep respect for the land.

Set high in the mountains at altitudes of up to 1,300 metres, Santo Antonio specialises in high quality Arabica coffees. The terrain means all coffee is harvested by hand, a slower and more demanding process that plays a huge role in the quality you taste in the cup. The farm produces a range of styles including natural, pulped natural and fermented lots, always with a focus on balance, consistency and sustainability.
