We're proud to introduce our first-ever Colombian coffee—and it’s a special one. This microlot of Tabi variety showcases what we love most about coffee.
Tabi, meaning “good” in the Indigenous Guambiano language, lives up to its name. It was developed in Colombia by cross breeding Typica, Bourbon, and Timor Hybrid, combining the rich cup quality of heirloom varieties with the resilience needed to thrive. The result? A coffee that’s both expressive and sustainable.
This microlot is a true reflection of craft and care at farm level, and it marks a meaningful milestone for us at Behind the Label. We’ve been searching for the right Colombian coffee to work with, and we couldn’t be more excited to begin our Colombian journey with a variety that champions flavour and resilience.
