The Blend - One I 50% Kenya / 50% Brazil

Historically, coffee blending was often used as a way to reduce costs for roasters while maintaining a consistent flavour. However, at Behind the Label, we’ve reimagined the art of blending. Rather than focusing on cost-saving, we’re curating blends that bring out the best in each coffee—creating unique, harmonious flavour profiles that you won't find anywhere else.

With The Blend, our goal is to pair coffees that not only complement each other but elevate each other. Each blend is crafted to enhance your coffee experience, with a focus on balance, complexity, and synergy.

The Blend - One is our first release, a 50/50 mix of Brazilian and Kenyan beans. While Kenyan coffee alone can be intensely fruity, pairing it with Brazil—renowned for its smooth, chocolatey notes—creates a beautifully balanced cup. This blend shines as both an espresso and a filter brew, offering depth and complexity for any brew method.
